Liz Chantry as
Vice President of South Eastern Region

LG-TEK is pleased to announce the appointment of
Liz Chantry as Vice President, South Eastern Region. Ms.
Chantry has over 32 years of experience providing
programmatic and analytical support to high-level
customers within the federal government. At LG-TEK, she
will manage the company's ongoing operations and its
business development efforts in south eastern states.
She will work closely with LG-TEK's customers and
teammates to leverage her professional skills and provide
leadership as the company continues to expand.
"LG-TEK has always looked for strong leaders to not only maintain our robust operations, but to help the company grow," said Elizabeth Rendón-Sherman, CEO/CFO. "Liz's understanding of our clients and her intelligence community experience will help us continue to provide not just exceptional service, but valuable business development support in the south east region."
Originally from Houston, Ms. Chantry considers
eastern North Carolina home. After graduating
from the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she
continued post graduate education in languages,
linguistics and historical preservation. Her leadership
and community involvement includes serving as a member
of the Raleigh Tavern Society, Winterthur Foundation and
as a
charter member of the National Museum for Women in
the Arts.

(LG-TEK) has announced that LIST Enterprise Solutions,
Inc. (LESI) of San Antonio, TX has agreed to a
merger. The merger will is effective
1 August 2010.
The merger of LESI into LG-TEK's core business will greatly expand and enhance the LG-TEK team's ability to incorporate cutting edge solutions into an integrated service portfolio.
The combined company will operate under the LG-TEK name and be headquartered in Maryland.
